Lord Jesus...
Thank you for your blessings,
for opening valuable doors.
For keeping peace within my heart, mind and spirit.
As hard as it may be,
Lord Jesus I know you have come once again to rescue me.
For those who throw lies only too gain.
I need not ask why, for they must be in pain.
As everyday we all struggle through sin,
some more than others.
I must always remember,
we are all sisters and brothers.
So grant me patience and peace oh Lord,
everyday you fill me with thanks and love.
For you are the only one,
who gives me strength to always rise above.
