Why Faith?

In this section I will give a brief description of why (Faith) is very important in our every day routine. Not to mention in the following of (Faith) in the Bible through the Holy Spirit.

Faith is used in the Bible in so many places. As well as other words in relation to it, such as Faithful, Faithfulness.

Have you ever noticed that a lot of words that play a huge part together in the scriptures start with the letter “F”?

Too “Forgive” you must have “Faith”.
What about, our “Father” is “Faithful”.
Just to name a few. Interesting….

OK, the actual definition of “Faith” according to certain searches in world. States that the meaning of the term “Faith” is disputed in different areas of Christianity.

Example: From the Letter to the Hebrews (11:1) as “The assurance of things hope for, the conviction of things not seen.”

It is stated that most definitions in the history of Christian theology have followed this biblical formulation.

Christianity differs from other Abrahamic religions.
Christianity focuses more on the ministry of Jesus, as prophesied Christ. With his Passion and Resurrection. It also includes belief in the New Covenant.

For example: A belief in Jesus’ resurrection from the dead by God the Father through The Holy Spirit.

Of course “Faith” is the traditional since of the word in Christianity.

Other areas of use are in the Protestant tradition. Such as principle acts of saving “Faith” are accepting, resting upon Christ alone for justification, sanctification, and eternal life.

Of course other religious beliefs see the word “Faith” in many different ways.

For the Roman Catholic, an objective sense of faith is the sum of truths revealed by God in Scripture and tradition and which the Church presents to us in a brief form.
“Faith” is usually considered as a supernatural act.

According to the Webster version of “Faith”. It’s more plainly put as:
Unquestioning belief in religion.
Particular religion.

My favorite, it says
